How frequent is the mailer?
Both "Letter" and "Postcard" subscriptions are sent one time per month, the 15th of the month (with exceptions for weekend days), via the United States Postal Office.
I sent a gift to someone, how will I know when they receive it?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions. We mail all mail (subscription and gift mail) out the same day each month, the 15th (with exception for holidays and weekends). Hopefully they will receive it within 1-5 business days. That said, we are relying on the USPS and cannot guarantee tracking/arrival times for any mail.
My mail is missing the handwritten letter.
The handwritten letter is a free offering to subscription customers. You can add it on at checkout or contact us to add.
My mail is missing something else.

Do I have to buy it each month?
"The Postcard" and "The Letter" are subscription products; once you sign up, you will receive it each month until you cancel. Your subscription will be charged on the anniversary date each month. See terms for more details.
Gift packages are sent for a selected number of months and do not recur after they expire unless you or the gift recipient decide to purchase again or resubscribe. Please find full details on both in our Subscription Agreement or Package Agreement and Terms
Where do I find out the details of the Subscription terms?
Upon checkout, you will need to agree to our subscription agreement or package agreement contract, terms, and privacy policy.
What's the cut off for getting a mailer that month?
It depends. Your card would need to be charged before the mid-month deadline in order to be included in that month's shipment. Please see Subscription Agreement or Package Agreement and Terms for full details.
How do I update my credit card?
Go to our customer portal to manage any details regarding your subscription.
Is the print the original?
It will be a professionally printed piece of the original painting.
Is this only for US audiences?
At this time, yes.
Can I gift this to my mom, aunt, etc?
Absolutely. Gift options are available for the "The Postcard" and "The Letter" in 3, 6, and 12 month offerings.
I'm moving - how do I keep getting my mail?
Please let us know in advance of any address changes. We cannot be responsible for mail delivered to an incorrect address.
Are they all watercolor?
Watercolor and mixed media. They may, at times, feature other artists and mediums.
What if I want to unsubscribe?
First, thanks for being a customer! Subscribers can cancel at anytime. Please go to the Subscription Customer Portal to do so or click "cancel my subscription" at the bottom right the of website.
